The man continues to amaze me. Now he wants the banking industry to put more money back into the system than they were loaned just because? The auto industry and bialed out homeowners don't have to repay their debt, but the banks need to? I disagree with huge bonuses for the banking and investment folks as well, but is this really the way to go about it?
